The Happiness Station of AVIC INTERNATIONAL covers services of staff care hotline, professional training, care for expatriates and crisis intervention. As a bridge between the company and its staff, the project aims to help staff elevate their physical and mental health, achieve work-life balance and improve their psychological capital and self-worth, in an effort to enhance the performance of the company and its staff and create more happy experience for the staff!
