Angolan President Visits International Airport Project

On June 17, Angolan President Joao Lourenco visited the Dr. Antonio Agostinho Neto International Airport project for the second time this year. The President and retinue visited the main facilities and buildings of the airport and focused on the airport operation center (AOC) hall, controller study room, and MA60 tower simulator . Furthermore, they climbed to the top of the airport tower, overlooked the airport scene, and watched the simulation of future tower operation. After two visits of the project this year, President Lourenco was satisfied with the whole progress and fully expected basic completion of the project within this year.
